HAPPY WEDNESDAY!!
I hope you're having a good AND productive week so far! Today I slept in longer then I expected which put me a little behind my planned schedule but I still ate a healthy breakfast, got in a quick workout, worked with 2 clients, and got a few things done around the house!! WOOO WHOOO :D  

I LUV LUV LUV fitness motivational quotes! I have some displayed on my desk, some posted near my bathroom, and some on my closet wall!! Fitness motivational quotes help me stay on top of my game! I actually switch up my quotes according to my goals and put them up so I see them often :) 

Today I'm posting 20 fitness motivational quotes. There's SOOOOO many AWESOME quotes out there :D The following are just a few of my favorite! Perhaps you'll find 1 or 2 quotes that you like and will put in a visual place to help you stay motivated!!

Living the fitness lifestyle is the most rewarding part of my life! We have to get it in our minds that living fit is more than a gym workout or a series of well planned meals, it truly is a lifestyle. Media and marketing do a great job in selling products but they have also given many people an unrealistic idea of what being fit is, what it looks like and how to live fit.

The general consensus is that it's simply not possible to get ripped without weights. Most people believe that bodyweight-only workouts will not be intense enough to cause significant muscle tissue microtrauma.
