A Week Workout...No Equipment Needed!

HELLO! HAPPY Monday!!
How are you doing?! How was your weekend?! Did you do anything fun?! My weekend was both busy and relaxing! It was busy but I managed to do some lounging in between...lol!
It's Monday so lets start the week going strong! Lets do some sweating this week :D

I LUV meeting my clients at the beach because it takes me away from a gym environment and the view is FABULOUS! I'm very blessed to live and work where I do!!
Today I'm posting a week long workout that I'm doing with 2 of my clients at the beach. The exercises allow my clients to condition their whole body without equipment! The following can be done anywhere, NOT just the beach!! DO YOU WANT TO JOIN IN?! No equipment needed so no excuses :D 
YOU GOT THIS!!!

FULL BODY WORKOUT...
(Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
- Warm-Up at least 5 minutes
- 50 Jumping Jacks
- 10 Push Ups
- 30 Russian Twists
- 18 Sit Ups
- 18 Lunges (each leg)
- 18 Squats
- 25 Vertical Leg Crunches
- Superman for 30 seconds
- 10 Bench Dips (if you're at the beach, use a large flat rock)
- 12 Side Lunges (each leg)
- 18 Bird Dogs 
- 40 Bicycles
- 10 Push Ups 
- 50 Jumping Jacks
If you're not a beginner, repeat entire circuit up to 3 times
- Cool-Down at least 5 minutes

PURE CARDIO...
(Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday)
- Warm-Up at least 5 minutes
- Jog in place for 2 minutes
- 50 Jumping Jacks
- Jog in place for 2 minutes
- 8 Burpees 
- Rest for 30 seconds
- Jog in place for 2 minutes
- 12 High Knees
- Jog in place for 2 minutes
- 18 Squat Jumps
- Rest for 30 seconds
- Jog in place for 2 minutes
- Plank for 1 minute
- Jog in place for 2 minutes
- 8 Burpees
- Rest for 30 seconds
- Jog in place for 2 minutes
- Fast Feet for 1 minute
- Jog in place for 2 minutes
- 18 Squat Jumps
- Rest for 1 minute 
If you're not a beginner, repeat 2 times
- Cool-Down at least 5 minutes

Now that you're done reading this, change clothes and go work up a sweat :D
