After I passed my CPT exam (which was hard...lol), the first thing I wanted to do was go shopping for a new pair of athletic shoes! There's SOOOOOO many shoes on the market, I had NO idea what to buy :D I was overwhelmed with the selection...lol! Needless to say, I didn't buy any shoes that day! I went home and did some research on my computer and MANY days later, bought an AWESOME pair of shoes! Woot Woot!!
One thing I learned...it's worth spending good money on a quality pair of shoes! If you only splurge on a few fitness items, make sure SHOES are on the list!! Wearing proper shoes when exercising is important and wearing quality shoes should be a priority :)
Today, I'm posting a 2015 Shoe Guide (from Women'sHealth magazine). Can I just say I wish I had this guide when I was shopping?!! This guide would have saved me time and gas...lol!
