WELCOME to Bring Fit On! My name is Pamela and I'm so excited to start this new adventure with you! I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer living in Arroyo Grande, California...just minutes away from Pismo Beach! Life is good...lol! People have asked, "Why are you starting a blog?" Possibly the most important question, right?! I love working on being fit! I love how I feel when I'm exercising and taking care of my body! In my lifetime, I have been BOTH underweight AND overweight. I believe being FIT means exercising and eating healthy. Lets face it, if it was easy everyone would do it, right?! My goal is to sweat with you and share plenty of information to keep us on the right path! If we work hard, good results will come and we'll live a long and healthy life! Bring it on!!

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I'll be starting my blog with good information and we'll work our way up together. I'll also be using parts of the OPT Model. The OPT Model provides a system for properly and safely progressing to our goals to avoid injury. For example, you wouldn't build a house on sand, right?! RIGHT...lol! The same principle applies with our body. We need to make a stable foundation for our body to prepare for the exercises we'll be doing!
With that said, on Friday (my next post) I want you to have a new notebook or journal and pencil handy! I'll be giving some useful information and it's always good to keep everything in one central location.
In order for us to work together I feel "comments" are important! I welcome and encourage comments coming from you! This is a great way for you to be involved and for me to answer any question you may have! You may also contact me online through my email address!
